DEVELOP BUDGET AND BUSINESS PLAN
We work closely with the brand in developing a budget and tactical business plan (“the plan”) annually. Our process starts off by reviewing and understanding the current state of the brand in market by reviewing historical sales, marketing support, and financial trends. Then, we work with the brand to customize a budget and plan to support efficient brand growth by market. Our budget models are built with detail, including, but not limited to, assumptions by line item and distributor, which will provide stronger confidence the plan is complete and reasonable. Additionally, we map the budget layout with your internal chart of accounts to provide clear insight when measuring actual results with the budget. Once the budget and business plan has received board or equivalent approval, we publish the budget and tactical plan for operational use.
